I love when the sun streams through my window and reveals the thousands of tiny little dust particles floating about. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does I can’t look away; everything aligns in such a specific way and suddenly you feel like you’re seeing for the first time. The light hits these specks and for mere seconds they dance in all their glory until they sink into the shadows and give the next little piece of the world its chance to shine.
Actually seeing what I’ve been breathing in these past 22 years makes me feel so small and so big at the same time.
